- The Customer must provide the Company with access to the property and necessary utilities to perform the Services.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Company accepts various forms of payment, including cash, cheque, and bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
- The Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the Customer’s failure to follow instructions or due to pre-existing conditions.
- The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Services.
7. Warranties
- The Company warrants that the Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
- Any materials provided by the Company as part of the Services are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of service.
8. Complaints
- Any complaints about the Services must be reported to the Company within 14 days of the Service date.
- The Company will address and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
9. Privacy
- The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of the Customer. Personal data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
